This was the first mockup I ever made for Direction. Our client was starting a financial consulting business for medical professionals who are deeply in debt. He had no specifications or branding (his business was at the very beginning of its conception) — all he had was a logo. His only specification was that the site appeal to millennials as that was his target market. As I researched the subject, I noticed that almost all financial advising sites look scary and unappealing. When I was working on this mockup, I pulled from my experience as a millennial and created something that was comforting, friendly, and inviting.
